Shipping & Returns

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please follow the steps below:

Exchange Requirements

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unstained, and undamaged
  • Before proceeding, please send a photo of the item with all original tags still attached to confirm it meets the conditions
  • Once approved, kindly return the item in its original packaging
  • Please note that shipping fees for both the return and exchange will be shouldered by the buyer

If the requested size is out of stock, we’ll offer alternative options or store credit.

 

When Exchange & Return Are Not Accepted

  • If the product label or tags have been removed
  • If the item has been worn (e.g. with perfume), washed (e.g.  with fabric softener), repaired, or altered
  • If there is visible damage or contamination (e.g. makeup, stains) due to customer handling
  • If the original packaging is severely damaged
  • If more than 7 days have passed since the item was marked as delivered

Defective Items

We take defective items seriously and are committed to resolving any issues. If you believe you received a faulty item, please reach out—we’ll do our best to make things right.
